Our Return & Exchange Commitment
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your shipment. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was shipped. We recommend keeping the original box and packaging materials for your protection.
Please note: Due to the custom or delicate nature of certain items, some products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (see details below).
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
- Provide Details & Reason: In your email, please let us know:
- Your order number and full name.
- The specific item(s) you wish to return or exchange (e.g., “Floral Bush – Hydrangea,” “Large Floor Vase”).
- The reason for the return/exchange (e.g., incorrect item, damage, change of mind).
- Whether you prefer a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for another item.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for repacking and shipping the item back to our Indianapolis facility.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange. This process typically takes 3-5 business days after the parcel arrives at our warehouse.

Refunds: Timing & Method
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or PayPal’s policies.
Please Note: Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping) are non-refundable. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity and quality of our most delicate and custom-crafted decor, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Floral Arrangements & Greenery Arrangements: Due to their hand-assembled, artistic nature, all pre-arranged pieces (e.g., arrangements in vases, Mason Jars, or as styled sets) are final sale.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized or assembled per a specific customer request.
- Opened or Used Products: Any product that has been removed from its original packaging, assembled, or shows signs of use.
- Clearance or Final Sale Items: These will be explicitly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page at the time of purchase.
Analysis Note: Based on the website’s emphasis on handcrafted “Floral Arrangements” and the artistic nature of items like “Bundles & Bouquets” and “Greenery Wreaths,” these are considered unique creations. The menu listing “Mason Jars” often as part of arrangements further supports this classification.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product or the incorrect item received. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.
