  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note that these are estimated transit times. Delays due to customs or unforeseen carrier circumstances are possible but uncommon. You will receive a tracking notification once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Commitment: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when shipped.

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:
    • Your order number and full name.
    • The specific item(s) for return/exchange (e.g., “Large Floor Vase,” “Greenery Bush – Eucalyptus”).
    • The reason for the request.
    • Whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
  3. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our Indianapolis facility.
  4. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s), ideally in the original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the box and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds: Timing & Method

  • Floral Arrangements & Greenery Arrangements: All hand-assembled pieces (e.g., arrangements in vases, Mason Jars, or styled sets like Bundles & Bouquets and Greenery Wreaths).
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Any item customized to a specific request.
  • Opened or Used Products: Any product removed from its original packaging, assembled, or showing signs of use.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Items explicitly marked “Final Sale” on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
