Store Style & Product Philosophy: We specialize in artistically crafted, premium artificial flora and complementary decor. Our products are designed to bring lush, vibrant ambiance without the upkeep of natural plants. Each piece, from a single Floral Pick to a hand-assembled Mason Jar arrangement, is curated for its aesthetic value and durability.

2. User Obligations and Account Responsibility

By using our website, you agree to:

Important Product Notes:

• Artistic Nature: Our items are decor pieces. Slight variations in color, shape, or assembly may occur, adding to their unique character.
• Imagery: Product images are for illustrative purposes. Every effort is made to display colors accurately, but monitor settings may cause slight variations.
• Final Sale Items: Due to their delicate and handcrafted nature, the following are non-returnable (see full Return Policy):
  • All hand-assembled Floral Arrangements & Greenery Arrangements (e.g., in vases, Mason Jars, Bundles & Bouquets, Greenery Wreaths).
  • Custom or Personalized Items.
  • Opened, used, or assembled products.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

Order Process: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely. Your payment card will be charged upon order confirmation.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Shipping & Delivery:

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. No shipping occurs on weekends or holidays.
• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via premium carriers (DHL/FedEx). Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Service Area: We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. You will receive a tracking notification upon shipment. Delays due to customs are possible but uncommon.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our detailed policy below.

Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as shipped.

Process:

1. Initiate Request: Contact Customer Care at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Use subject “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
2. Provide Details: In your email, state your order number, full name, item(s) for return, reason, and preference for refund or exchange.
3. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and return address (our facility in Indianapolis).
4. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s), mark the RMA on the box, and ship using a trackable service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt and inspection (3-5 business days), we will notify you via email of the status.

Refunds: Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
